- Settlements in September were down 8.5% and 6.8% year over year.
- Inventory, the total number of houses in the Coatesville area on the market to be sold, is down about a third compared to 2016.
- Houses on the market are selling quicker this year (45 days) than they did last year (55 days)
- The average price of a home in the Coatesville Area School District is $222,000, a slight drop from $239,000 in 2017.
